About the team

Our 2's will compete in the newly formed North West Women's Hockey League Premier Division in 2021/22 and are striving for promotion after a Covid-hit season last year. The squad is a mixture of developing youngsters and established senior players, lead by Captain Becca Neary. This season we have appointed Theresa Crookall as Head Coach to support our push for promotion. A very close semi-final loss in the England Hockey 2s Knockout Cup recently sees the club hunting even more success in the knockout competitions. Training takes place on Tuesday from 7pm, in conjunction with the 1's, to ensure development and progression of players throughout the club. All new players are welcome!
